can I output my tv sound to two devices at the same time..? (Sound bar and hearing aid sound streamer)

Currently using a toslink cable from the tv into the streamer but then no other sound will play from the tv and I can’t find an option on our LG tv to have two sound outputs at the same time? Is this possible?

Usually the TV makes that impossible but you can use a toslink optical audio splitter to provide audio for both a soundbar and the transmitter for the hearing aid.
