Can I put apps onto my sim card not sd card but sim card instead of my device?

Can I put my apps on my sim card not SD card but sim card instead of on my device so I can free up space. I've only got about 4 apps maybe 5 and I have no more room. Says I only have 8.00GB that's nothing at all. I've got a Samsung

No the SIM is a very slow and limited device that essentially only contains your service provider access to the mobile network and room for about a couple of hundred telephone numbers.
