Hello friends, so i have this lenovo z570 laptop and it has two GPU's (Nvidia and Intel). The motherboard broke and i bought a new one that only has Intel on it, now when i run the motherboard it works but doesn't send signal to the monitor. Shouldn't the Intel be able to do this by itself? if not can i hook up an external gpu to run it? or I must have Nvidia on the motherboard to run it?

technically the intel one is part of your APU, I dont think it shoud matter if you have nvidia chip or no as during desktop mode your computer uses the Intel graphics. And you cant put another GPU on laptop mobo, the only parts that are change-able/upgrade-able for laptops are CPU, Fan, RAM, HDD
