Can I use blue snowball and headphones?

So, like most computers I have a mic jack and a headphone jack and since a blue snowball is a USB mic can I still use my headphones with the snowball while the mic jack isn't being used? I know this sounds dumb but I am confused. ty

You'll be fine - just set the snowball as the default communication/recording device in Audio devices, and the headphones as the default playback device. If the heaphones have separate jacks for mic and speakers then just don't connect the mic jack, that way the system will only have one mic, that is the snowball.
