Can my Bluetooth devices send signal to 2 receiving speakers at same time

I have two identical Vizio S3820W sound bars in different rooms . Is it possible for my iPhone/iPad send the signal to both speakers at the same time? Both are paired to the phone . When I connect one the other disconnects. The phone location is not the issue both will connect independently with the phone in a stationary location

no, as Bluetooth technology requires you to synch a device with its originator and destination signals start and ends.
you can synch both but only use one of other at a time.
