Unfortunately, integrated graphics like yours are not very suited for gaming. A separate processor and graphics card would be ideal. Anyhow, I had an old system running an i5 2500k and AMD 6750m and it struggled to maintain 60 fps on medium/high settings @ 1080p , which is the ideal fps. In your case, I'd say perhaps 35-40 fps on lowest settings. Your resolution also greatly impacts performance... Running at 1024x768 will get you much greater fps than on 1920x1080.
