Cannot Get Bootable USB Flashdrive to work on Acer Aspire One

Hi i really hope somebody can help. I recently used rufus to put a bootable copy of windows xp home on a flash drive. My desktop recognizes's it and will boot from it but my acer aspire one netbook wont. Im confused

I could be wrong but there may be a setting in the BIOS you need to look at such as boot order (make sure USB is there and should be first priority) and more likely something relating to USB.

when computer start press F2 to enter the bios, Go to Boot and chose USB HDD then press F5 to get it to the top to number 1. then go to EXIT and press exit Saving changes.

Maybe Your Boot Medium Is Unrecognized Or Unmountable?
