Canon 60D or Canon 700D?

Hey Guys, need some help!

I am planning on buying a DSLR Camera to record videos with and capture images.
I am new to the whole DSLR Camera game but it is something I know I will pursue so don't mind spending the money.
I was originally recommended to buy the 650D but that has been discontinued. I have now been given the choice between the 60D or the 700D and not sure which to go for.

I will mainly use the camera for video recording. I plan to get a Rode Videomic GO.

Please comment on the thread your opinions on either camera and how they vary and which one would be best!

If your primary purpose is to shoot video you may want to look at this:
Canon 700D:
1920 x 1080 29.9 min., 1280 x 720 29.9 min., 640 x 480 29.9 min.

Canon 60D:
1920 x 1080 12 min. (330 MB / min.) 1280 x 720, 12 min. (330 MB / min.) 640 x 480, 24 min. (165 MB / min.)

Of course there are other differences to consider as well. Look at some reviews and see what you think. As far as the difference between the discontinued model (650D T4i) and the 700D there isn't an appreciable difference. I purchased the T4i only to see it quickly disappear off the market. I have shot some video with it and have been pleased with the results.
