Canon T5i (700d) vs SL1 (100d) for video

I can't decide which one to get, since T5i seams to be totally better, except for the autofocus for video. No idea why Canon made it that way but I do need some help, thanks.

Really not seeing a lot of differnce between the two other than the SL1 being a little smaller, where the SD card slot is located and the swivel screen.

One review states:
"On the other hand the SL1 has a new sensor with better Hybrid AF Hybrid CMOS AF II). The new sensor has phase sensitive pixels distributed over a wider area of the sensor. "
