Can't Connect Vizio Sound bar to Samsung TV

So, I have been given a Vizio vsb206 sound bar and I can't find a way to connect it to my TV. I have a Samsung 32" LED Smart TV and I guess it doesn't use the same input's and outputs as the sound bar. Is there any type of converter I can use to switch my TV'S audio connection over to RCA?

Most likely the TV has an optical audio output.
You will need an optical to analog converter.
Check the TV audio menu to see if it outputs in PCM stereo. If not then you will need a DAC that accepts a 5.1 input.

Hi, so I checked and the output is in PCM stereo. Where should I go from there?
