cant find the cable i need

i got the Siberia v3 in September and my cat cam in my room and the the pc extender cable and i cant find a replacement for it anywhere and was hoping i could get some help i need a 3.5 mm female to a speaker and mic male so i can plug it into my pc

basically just a 3.5mm 4pole TRRS female end with two 3pole 3.5mm TRS male ends. commonly called a headset adapter cable among other things.

i cant seem to find any longer then a few inches and i would want one a few feet long so i dont have to buy 2 wires to make the headset work

Can I get one of the smaller wires then get an extender for that

Will this work so I could use my mic and have sound. or does this just split the audio output to two
