Cant get a download link from microsoft for office 2010

I have purchased a three computer licence for office 2010 and i am not able to get a download link on my Acer 5570. It comes up with Internet Explorer cannot find the page. Firefox displays The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. I have tried it without the firewall and security settings low.
I managd to download the file to an external harddrive from another computer but winzip on this computer says it is corrupt. I am stumped..

Who did you purchase the license from?

Where you get the licence from (legitimate or not) should be a separate problem from the inability to just download the program.

The purchase confirmation, license key and download link should have been emailed.

If the download link provided isn't working you can try the backup Office 2010 website @ Microsoft
