can't log in to online account from Windows 10 Desktop App Please help

I'm trying to log in to my online Ceasar Account from the App I just downloaded to my Windows 10 desktop computer.

I've been playing via web browser, noticed that Windows Store on Windows 10 has the App available. I want to move my account from online web browser Ceasar Account to the Windows 10 computer app. I can't find how you log in on the Windows 10 App. All I get is a new game without all of my unlocked games.

Please help.

Who is the manufacturer of the Windows 10 App?

Can you go to their website for some User Guide/Manual or other login in instructions? Check their forum and FAQ's for other end-users with the same problem.

Could be some network or firewall setting that needs to be changed to accomodate the new app versus the "Ceaser" settings.
