Cant open Switchable Graphics

Hello,
I cant open switchable graphics on windows 8.1

My pc is HP Pavilion 15 Notebook, product number E3Z31EA#ACB

Graphic cards is Intel HD 4000 and AMD Radeon 8600M versions are shown in video

Please help me fix that.

I cant view the video right now, but have you checked CCC to see if the option to add the game is available? Also note your going to need the driver from HP in order to control them, neither AMD or Nvidia support switchable graphics.
