Can't save JPEG's in Chrome

I left some pictures open from last night's web-surfing session (Google Chrome). Today, I realized that the url's for the pictures had expired/deleted/404'd. The pictures are still open in my browser - is there any way to save them?

They are jpeg's. I tried saving some, but when I then try to open them in Windows Explorer, I get the error message "Windows Photo Viewer can't open... damaged/corrupted/too large."

Help please? And yes, these are NSFW pictures

Perhaps try under chrome's cache in the file system.
