Can't see my Xbox 360 on my RCA Tv

I have a RCA tv with no remote but a Directv remote that I programmed to use for the Tv. I want to play my Xbox 360 but I can't because I can hear it but I can't see it. I found channel 91 but still nothing. I think I've tried everything but if you guys can please help, words can't explain how helpful you would be because I'm ripping my hair out over here.

How do you have the xbox connected to the tv?
HDMI cable - switch the tv to the appropriate HDMI input
video/audio cable (red, yellow, white connectors) - switch tv source to video input.
