CCC no scaling options on Radeon 7400M

Hi I have just bought an HDTV and I couldn't get find the scaling options on my ATI Radeon 7400M laptop to fit the screen even though I have latest firmware/ software, I have gone through the threads here that I am required to find the Flat Panel Display options. But my CCC do not have it. Please check out the photos.

That setting you need might be in the tv. I know my samsung has a button on the remote to toggle between several different 'fill modes'
