ccfl to led conversion, now no backlight

hi,
I bought a ccfl to led conversion cable and 40pin 15''6 LED panel for my acer 5517, since the original lcd panel is more costly than some 40 pin led.

While connecting the inverter cable into adapter sockets i put in the wrong one.
The battery discharged n the laptop shutdown,

since then i have no backlight, i see the display working with logo and windows icon mildly (without backlight).


i checked the ccfl n led conversion cable with the multimeter it works fine though.

i'm wondering what could have possibly gone wrong!!....

You've probably blown the backlight when you made the connection mistake.

i checked the LED backlight with other computer its working !!
