Certain folders in pen drive not visible

Hello,
there is one folder in pendrive with name DCIM. through DOS i am able to view that folder and other subfolders in that. but, the said folder is not visible in windows. i tried copy the contents of the folder to D drive. msg shown as file copied but when opened that D drive, no files are visible. When trying to copy second time, msg showing that whether overwrite y/n?. cud some pl help me

Since you can see it in a DOS windows, that folder must be marked as system, and by default Windows hides system files from you when you use the File Explorer. Go back into a DOS window, go the the root of the pendrive, and type this command:

attrib -s /D *.*

That will remove the system property, and it will do so for all files and folders on the drive.
