Changed bios back

After I changed PCI EXPRESS configuration And internal video mode. My lab top now opens black screen blinking cap locks . How do I changed it back. Pleases help

Is this a HP laptop? Based on blinking cap locks, I think it is - https/support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c01732674#AbT2

As to what is another question,
If its CPU, they flash 1 time - CPU not functional
If its BIOS, they flash twice - BIOS Corruption failure
If its Memory, they flash 3 times - Module error not functional
If its Graphics, they flash 4 times - Graphics controller not functional
If its the System board, its 5 flashes - General System board faiilure
If its the BIOS (again), its 6 flashes - BIOS Authentication failure


they should stop once they flashed how ever many times.
