Cheap Program Like Sony Vegas Pro

Hello, I make youtube videos and I was using VideoPad, which I love to use but I was wondering if there is a cheap software like this because my trial is almost over, and once its over I wont be able to edit videos like I like to. I want to have like a permanent license. I will not spend over 30$

Okay, VSDC is crap. You can only go by frames, you can't play the video in the editor. Also, they make it so difficult to edit. VideoPad, what I have been using is way better, I might as well buy it. Lightworks looks too user friendly.
