Chrome audio out of sync

Hello,google chrome audio is out of sync for 1+ month now
I deleted eveything and re-install chrome again nothing change,when i change tabs and go back to the other i have open the video is behind compare to the audio.i mostly use twitch
meanwhile i am useing firefox and eveything works fine but i wanna go back to chrome
