I bought the phone with my 2 year contract and the V 400 does not have good
signal in my house despite a claim by singular that there is a tower 2 miles
away.
On the invoice for the phone I bought it says I can return the phone only if
the phone has less than 20 minutes use on it...
You mean to tell me if I decide the signal is not good enough to risk paying
a 2 year service contract and decide to cancel my contract before I get
"locked" in for two years, that they will not let me return my phone if it
has more than 20 minutes on it?
And to top it all off the guy who activated it locked the phone up while
trying to activate it.. I get a ENTER UNLOCK CODE when trying to access
anything other than dialing the phone..
I mean give me a break! This is a multi media phone with web access .. It
will take longer than twenty minutes just trying to figure out how to use
all these bells and whistles!!
It does not look very good though.. I am getting dropped calls and my signal
is just as bad as this T MOBILE phone that I am going to replace because of
300 dollar a month phone bills due to lack of signal and having to go over
my minutes in order to talk on it because it is not possible to use the
mobile to mobile minutes.
Granted this is a mobile phone, but if I am going to pay this much for
service I want to be able to use it in my house as well as on the road..
Are all these phones created equal? On my plan I got the cheepo nokia 1100
as the "other" phone and it works just as good.. or might I say BAD as the V
400..
Any suggestions in the next 15 days will truly be appreciated
