Coaxial to HDMI?? Cable box problem.

I have a projector home theater setup and I'm trying to make it as simple as possible to switch between devices.

I have an Xbox 360, PS3, and cable box that I need to have hooked up to it. The simplest way to do it is to have them all hooked up to an HDMI switcher. No problem for my 360 and PS3, but my cable box does not have an hdmi output or RCA output. To get a cable box that does, it'll cost me an additional 7.99 per month on my cable bill.

So is there anyway to convert a signal from a coaxial cord from the cable box and/or the cable jack to an hdmi signal so I can plug it into my switcher? I just can't seem to find a way.

Thanks

That one will take the Coaxial TV Cable (input) and converts to HDMI video/audio (output)?

Also just wondering if there is any device that does only that? I mean since its $136 and I wont use like 80% of all the features that device have.

I would spend the extra $8 a month since that will get you a HD box which will give you a much better picture especially on a projector. Converting the composite video to HDMI will not make it look better (maybe worse if it isn't done with a high end scaler).
