Colored screen when playing videos on chrome and video player

I have asus x205ta, been using it for two years now. Lately I have been seeing colored lines blocking everything I click or view. It started when i try to play a video on MPC player and at the same time on chrome, then later on even if I watch a video on any website this issue creeps in. Any ideas on why or how to solve it?

Windows 10 32bit
Intel Atom Z3735F / 1.33 GHz
2 GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics

try using VLC.
if same result then try reinstalling the video drivers, if that doesn't solve the issue I think it is possible the ram of your video card is faulty
