Putting a giant violence warning on games all the way down to E will only further confuse people since it will make it seem like those games are on the same level as M rated games. with current ESRB ratings there is no confusion.
Also they really need to get over this whole fear of videogames, it has nothing to do with making real people more violent.

i think a rider amendment needs to be attached to this before it sees a vote
1 all politicians will come with a warning, rating, and voting % affiliation based on their past performances.
2 all foods will be rated with an obesity rating system and if your fat or slightly over weight, no twinkies for you, you will not be allowed to purchase them or eat them and police will have a cause to beat every calorie of it off you if you are caught eating them.
3 all books will be be rated with the ESRB system and you are not allowed to buy or borrow if you don't meet the criteria.
if this doesn't shame any and every politician into the fascist communist policy that it is then putting a big half swastika with a sickle thru it should get the point across this is unacceptable policy and the people voting for it will gain a fascist communist party reputation.

So all games other than those rated Early Childhood are "extremely" violent? Really? Auditorium is rated E - is it extremely violent? Katamari Damacy is extremely violent? Little Big Planet? Really?

Pass a law that requires all politicians to devote a minimum of 1 hour of playtime of each game they want to control before they can even write a law about it. Require them to work from real, hands on knowledge.

How many studies have disproved the video games and violent people theory? A LOT.

The gun laws in the USA are pathetic... thanks to the NRA. I've been to gun shows, I have gun collecting friends, whatever. And yeah - I had an AR-15 at a gun show helping a friend look for accessories for it and some CREEP comes up to me and asks if he could BUY IT FROM ME. Why? Because it wouldn't go through any background checks.

In the USA, its easier to get a GUN than it is to VOTE! That is bullshit.

There needs to be regulation for gun purchases and should REQUIRE a licence to buy and own a gun. (A) trained in how to use the fire arm,
(B) trained in the laws of using the gun,
(C) An IQ test and mental stability test... so we don't have another zimmerpussy.
(D) How many guns you can own that are NOT historical (to prevent Joe Bob from buying 1000 guns so he can resell them on the street). That doesn't prevent anyone from buying a gun for "protection" or hunting.

If you are a felon, no gun for you. If you are an IDIOT or have mental problems, no gun for you. If you are a non-US Citizen, no gun for you. If you are under the age of 18, no gun for you. If you have a police record, no gun for you.

If you have a gun, without the licence... you get in trouble. If you kill someone without a licence, you go to prison - period.

So again... other than a gun for your home or a collector... WTF are you going to do with 50 guns?! The "Stand Your Ground" law is bullshit... in effect, if you look at me funny and I think it was threating - then I should blow your head off?! Are you going to go up against the govt? The SWAT team, the National Guard, the Army, the Marines, Seal Team 6 are far more trained and far better armed that any CIVILIAN will ever be. They can blow up your home from 100 miles away... by bomb, drone, cruise missle alone.

Seriously, the gun is just a gun... its designed for 2 things. KILL animals (hunting, maybe for food) and to kill another human being. That's it. They are not used to play video games, prop up your sofa because of a missing foot, or improve your HDTV reception.
