Connect Samsung Souonbar (HW550), Pioneer VSX45 Receiver and Samsung 65" Smart TV

New Pioneer VSX 45
Samsung 65" TV (Digital Audio Out to SB)
Samsung HW550 Soundbar and paired Subwoofer

Recent purchase and successful hook-up of the following to VSX45 Receiver
DVD Recorder - HDMI
Tape Deck - Analog
Cable Box - HDMI
Karaoke - HMDI
TV - HDMI (ARC)

Cannot get soundbar and subwoofer to work after this set up
Tried multiple settings on TV and soundbar without success. Is there anyway to make this work or do I have an unusable SB and SW on my hands?

I have learned that most TV's only allow 1 audio output - Using ARC to Receiver may not allow me to additionally use the soundbar with Digital audio out from TV.
