connecting ps3 to home cinema

My TV is not HDMI ARC compatible. My home cinema system uses ARC but has no optical out/in port. Is there a way I can get my PS3 to work through the surround sound?

My system only has one HDMI port and the standard AV (scart) ports. Please help.

you can use a multi-out cable to get your audio. you can select it as your audio output in the audio settings. from what i understand, enabling the multi-out downgrades the HDMI video quality, and its analog audio.

you could look for something calld a Toslink to SPDIF coaxial converter.

Thanks for your help. Ill let you know if it works. I guess the multi-out cable would act as a kinda ARC, ill see.
