Continuous Rebooting Laptop

Emachines/ACER E729 windows 7 reboots by itself continuously. I have replaced the hard drive and now it tells me no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key. Please help. my email swiftct@vusela.com.

It does not allow me to go to Bios setup I have tried almost everything.

Hi,

First make sure that you're logged into BIOS. Restart your PC and repeatedly press on F2 until it loads the BIOS screen.
- Once in BIOS make sure that the new HDD is being detected and is set as the 1st boot device.
- And since there's no OS installed in it yet you'll need to install one first.
- If you'll be installing via USB or DVD disc you'll need to change the boot order again.
- Set it according to what media you'll be using to install Windows in your new HDD.
