Solved! Converter/Upscaler for composite and component to HDMI

Not sure which category this should really go in. Anyways I have a TV/Monitor with only DVI and HDMI inputs. Is there a cheap converter(or upscaler, dont really care) that will output to HDMI? My monitor even supports 480i(off considering it's inputs...).

I found this: http/www.barrel-of-monkeys.com/graphics/255i/us255i.shtml but way too expensive. And I don't have room for another TV.
