?Copy files from one CF card to Another

Is it possible to transfer all the files (a mirror image copy) from one CF card to another, say a 256 meg card to an empty 1 gig card? I'm out of room on the smaller card. Have tried to make a backup using Sprite, but the backup takes so long, I lose connection via Activesync. Is it possible to use a CF card reader, like the Dazzle, to copy files to the PC, then to the larger CF card?
I'm trying to avoid having to do a lot of reinstalling.

It's a snap....

create an empty folder on your pc

insert old card in reader

open file explorer on the pc

drag/drop the contents of the card's root directory to the empty folder

when finished (will take a while,) insert new card in reader

You might want to take a little time to review the contents on the pc
and do some editing/arranging before the next step

drag/drop highlight the files/folders in the previously empty folder to
the new card
