corrupted sd card

Help?!? My sd card in my experia z1 compact said memory full transfer files which I did,, now all my photos are black which an error message I it won't show them when I put sd card into my laptop 1000th of photos gone please help as I'm not very good with tech

The error message is a black screen with a grey warning triangle ⚠ my photos seem to be corrupted
