Question Corsair HS60 headset not working

So I've using my Corsair HS60 headset for a few months on my MacBookAir. But today when I turned started playing my regular Spotify playlist it was only transmitting sound through the left headphone. The right headphone wasn't working at all. When I went to System Preferences and tried to send all sound to the right headphone it stopped working altogether. Do you guys have any recommendations? Please help me as this is my only headset.

Do you use the USB adapter with your headset?

All tightly connected to each other?
