could not install security protocol (2)

Hi friends,
Iam using dell inspiron 3541 [ 1 year old].
2 days before i installed remix os as dual boot with windows 10.Its worked.But after few boots,i cant boot into windows.
Now i can use only remix os.
When i tried to boot into windows it saying"could not install security protocol etc.."
i tried to reinstall windows with cd.but my cd drive is not working.
then i tried to reinstall with bootable usb [tried zorin os,easy recovery] but i cant boot from usb.
Please help me guys........................

Could you please post a picture of the actual error message? It makes it a lot easier to determine where the message is coming from.
