Hello all,
I have been looking at getting a new laptop as my old one is starting to move to its last legs. I originally had a very specific set of requirements for a replacement, but after much research, I have broadened my horizons. At this point, all I really need is help deciding what the best CPU/GPU pair would be. My options are an i7 4900mq with a nvidia 765m, a 4800mq with a 770m, or a 4700mq with a 780m. Also, I briefly looked for something with a 765m SLI setup, but I could only find the alienware 18 inch, which is far too large and out of my price rage, so if anyone knows of any other setups that have a 765 SLI setup, that would be great. I will mostly be using the laptop for gaming with some computer simulations with computational fluid dynamics if that helps narrow down the choices. I appreciate all of your help.
