Cpu upgrade sony vio

Hello to everybody! I have my laptop , sony vio and I want to upgrade its processor to its maximum but I don't know which one is the correct for my motherboard! the characteristics are the following:

Socket: 988B rPGA
current cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz

I need the cpu to be updated at least at 3,4 Ghz

Is that possible with that type of motherboard?
