(DDR2) 4GB Frequency 800 Dual-Channel or 5GB Frequency 667 Single-Channel

Title says it all. I have 2x2GB Fr.800 and found in my house a 1GB Fr.667 that I can use with the others in Single-Channel. So? (I use my PC for gaming)

Dual channel always.
1 extra Gbyte will be barely noticeable, but the lower Dram frequency and single channel will degrade performance significantly. My bet is your computer will be about 3 times slower.

Agreed 4GB at 800 is better then 5gb at 667 (actually 4gb at 667 and 1 gb at 333)
