I have a 42" Vizio TV Model # E3D420VX

It's past the warranty but after testing with programs on my computer (i use the tv as my monitor) i think its dirt inside.

Here is a pretty close up picture, it appeared overnight, but by the way the black goes through half the pixel in a few of them makes me think it's dirt instead of a dead pixel.

I tried to look online but wasnt able to find and how-to's or videos showing how to take apart my tv.

It definitely doesn't look like a stuck pixel. Something may be between the panel and the skin. Either way the result is the same.
A stuck pixel is usually a single pixel that is stuck in one color or off.
Take something soft like a qtip and see if you can move it by pushing gently against the skin.

It appears to be a bug. Don't squish it between the layers. It (should) eventually dehydrate, shrink and maybe become easier to remove if you can put up with it that long (2+ months?).

If it is a bug, it won't degrade nearly that fast. I have one in my monitor almost a year old. I can still see him.
He was walking around, I accidentally pushed to hard, and he met his demise.
