Dead pixels after dropping it

i dropped my iphone which was in a hard case so no shock dampenign really, but i got a few dead pixels in the corner of my screen.
is there a siple way to fix it?
does the extended applecare cover this?
do i have to simply live with it?
its not too bad...
but it detracts from the overall appernce...

Seems to be recding a mm by now... I decided to wait ans see how small it is tomorrow. Anyway its in the corner left bottom so the casual nlooker woupdnt dven notice. Ok thanks ill see if itz covered under warranty...
