Deleted Pictures Help

I have a Nikon d5100 camera and accidentally deleated the pictures.I did a file recovery on the sd card and stored the recovered pictures on my computer, now when i save it back to my sd card it shows mixed up and scattered with all other pictures on the camera. How do i get them to show back in order on the camera

Did you rename any of them whilst they were on the computer's hard drive?
