Just want to make sure you are aware that the laptop versions of the graphics cards do not perform as well, often not nearly as well, as the desktop versions. Unfortunately I don't know where to go to get reviews of the laptop versions. Sure wish THG would devote more time to reviewing laptops and components.

Thank you all for your reply, i really didnt knew what to choose because the asus dont specify so good the ram specs (dell has Dual Channel DDR3 at 1333MHz ) so i dont know if thiss affects the general performance a lot or not, but i guess the asus its a better choice.

The Asus also uses DDR3, probably either 1066 or 1333mhz, so it's pretty much a non-issue. And yes, the Asus is the best choice.
