Im selling my xbox because I need money to buy the laptop, but as well as game design I also want to play sone games with high graphics and good frames. Im between the two laptops and these and their specs.Dell XPS 15z: 15.6 display 1080p,Core i7 processor 2.80ghz, 8gb ram, 1tb hdd, and nvidia gt 525m 1gb graphics card.Asus G74SX: 17.3 display 1080p,Core i7 processor 2.20ghz, 8gb ram, 500gb hdd, and nvidia gtx 560m 2gb.please send me answers Im new to laptop gaming and dont know exactly what I would need I know the processors and ram are good but I dont know if games would run better with a better processor or a graphics card. Thanks

If they are both i7 then the only thing that matters is the GPU. 525m vs 560m....560m is the winner. So that system will game better.

How much are you looking to spend? Cuz I think you can do better for the price.

I understand. I'd suggest Asus based on the specs you provided. Just gonna warn you, don't expect much out of the two choices. They will play games but on Low settings.

Look for expert reviews too, but if you are concerned with gaming the better GPU wins.

Your budget is around £550, right?

This is a company that builds custom gaming laptops:
http://www.sagernotebook.com/

You can't beat the components in a Sager for the price.
