Dell XPS M1530 LCD HELP.

Hi,
Good day everyone. I desperately need help with this issue. A few months back my LCD display was broken, i recently ordered a new one and replaced it......now upon turning on the laptop, i get no image but the backlight. External monitors work great but the LCD just shows the backlight and nothing else. Please, I need as much advice that can be dished out, never had this type of issue before. Thanks in advanced..

Okay, this is what i found out so far....... The original display specs are as follows.......

Size: 15.4-inch WideScreen (13.1"x8.2")
Resolution: WXGA (1280x800)
Type: Glossy
Backlight type: CCFL 1-Bulb Condition:

This seller says the screen works in a Dell XPS M1530, is there a way i can get this to work? Flash Bios, Get a Invertor for this type of screen, etc??
