Digital camera Driver install error 31

I Have error when im trying to install sony corporation digital camera driver , *portable device* ,

it gives error like this *this device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for device* (code31) check the picture http/postimg.org/image/ceytnkfxl/

i Cant find it name is DSc-780

there is no drivers for windows 7 for that device

Then try a Win Vista (or older) driver. Try contacting Sony. If it still doesn't work you are out of luck.
