hello, i need help. my daughter is using Wacom Intuos Draw CTL490DW Digital Draand wing Graphics Tablet and she wants to connect this device to mac book through usb. but its not working. can any body help

You posted this in the Android sub-forum so I'm guessing the tablet runs a form of Linux. That's why an Apple device won't recognise the format of the file you created on the tablet.

What is the filename extension of that file? Someone with Apple knowledge might be able to find a converter that makes it work on the Mac.
