I bought a marmitek da51 digital to stereo audio decoder like this one http

it worked just fine at the beginning but then something went wrong and the thing just won't work anymore. I'm using it to get audio from my ps4's optical output into my stereo via toslink and 3.5 mm cables .. can you help ?
