Solved! disabled laptop key bord and locked

Okay if you are in bios that means your keyboard works. You can just turn the pc off with the power button.

You can get into save mode by the following steps:

1)Start your pc
2)Shut it down by holding the powerbutton for 4 seconds before windows has loaded
3)Repeat steps 1 and 2 three times.
4)Your pc will go into Automatic repair mode and it will be diagnosing your pc
5)After that a screen will come up. Choose advanced options
6)Click troubleshoot
7)Go to advanced options
8)Go to startup settings
9)Go to restart
10)Press F4

In save mode you can hopefully use your keyboard and mouse and create a backup of your...

hmm, does the rest of your laptop work? Why did you turn off the keyboard in the first place?

Might your laptop just not be starting? If this is the case it has nothing to do with your keyboard and mouse

But you do get into the windows password screen?

Was the website that you downloaded that software from save?

Can you get into your bios? (try mashing f12 or delete during startup)

please answer all of these questions


If your keyboard still doesn't work in bios you can try pressing f8 during startup. If you're really desperate and don't want to go to a pc repair station or something, you can try removing your battery and power cable, pressinig your powerbutton for 30 seconds and then putting it back together and start it up.

Solution
When you see the openng Windows screen, do you see an icon that takes you to the accessibilty options? Click that and choose Onscreen Keyboard. Input your password and you're in.

If you don't know the password, we can't help you here and most Tom's folks won't help you on WhatsApp either. It's a matter of protecting other folks' data.
