DLink HD MP3 player

After reading the article about the DLink hard drive mp3 player I am left with one question. If the HD can be removed and plugged into you PC, did you try simply plugging the drive into your pc and copying on all your mp3s that way? Seems that would be a lot faster than using the USB.

Indeed! And why stop at upgrading to a 20gb. Would be nice to know if I can cram anything bigger in there!

D-Link should remove the warranty sticker from the hard drive door. They are severely limiting possibly one of the best features of the drive, upgradability, and the prospect of rapidly transfering large amounts of your mp3s in one go.

Any chance of a quick follow up to let us know what the largest drive the D-Link can take is?
