Does Interl(R) 82579V support wireless?

Hello, I just bought a PC, and seems like I have Intel(R) 82579V gigabit (Version 12.15.30.0) network connection, I am trying to figure out how to connect to wireless but not getting anywhere. I am crap when it comes to computers and 0 knowlegde, so please take it easy, would be thanksful for answers.

So there is no way to like download drivers for this? If so is buying a wireless USB any good? Will it affect gaming performance and etc?
