Download recovery for sony vgn-ns190j

I've had to change my hard drive 4 times, the first being BEFORE I made recovery discs...Yup,I put it off too long. Now, I've put in Win 7 but I have a few problems and think they may be fixed if I had the original disks...anyone help? Thanks............

Sony has you by the balls: you need to call them and pay for recovery disk....
